Our cottage offers a delightful retreat for two families with kids, boasting two inviting queen bedrooms downstairs, each equipped with dressers, mirrors, TVs, and fans for a comfortable stay.    The cozy loft upstairs provides additional sleeping space with two double beds, a twin bed, and a couch. The bathroom features a convenient tub and shower, toilet, and vanity.

The spacious kitchen is a focal point, complete with a large island quartz countertop providing plenty of seating for meals and gatherings. You'll find all the essential appliances including a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience.

The living room, open to the kitchen, offers a relaxing space with a TV, comfortable couch, and a wood-burning fireplace perfect for cozying up during the winter months. 

Step outside onto the large wrap-around deck, where you'll discover an outdoor couch, a table with seating for six under an umbrella, a BBQ, and a fire pit for outdoor entertainment and relaxation.

Our 4-season cottage is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests. With air conditioning, heated floors, a woodstove, and electric heat, you can stay cozy year-round.

 The inclusion of Starlink high-speed internet makes it convenient for remote work, streaming entertainment, or keeping the kids entertained on their devices. The WiFi password is provided upon booking for easy access.

For outdoor fun, guests have access to a canoe and kayaks to explore the river and enjoy water activities. While some life jackets are available, bringing your own is recommended for proper sizing and safety.

Nearby attractions offer a variety of activities for guests to explore. Chutes Coulonge Park provides a scenic setting to admire rapids, enjoy rock climbing, zip-lining, and a splash pad for kids. 

For adventurous water activities, local tour companies offer world-class white river rafting and kayaking experiences.

Golf enthusiasts can tee off at various nearby courses like Club De Golf Pontefract, Oaks of Cobden, Indian River Golf Course, Island Brae, and Pembroke Golf Course.
